Our new "College Connections" series includes several departments across campus who are inviting alumni to come and hear about current student research and provide feedback on projects. These will be casual gatherings and everyone will plan to head to "Pints with Professors" after each event. The departments holding events are:

Do you remember Block Party, Winter Weekend, and Wing Wars? Well, this event is all three of those wrapped into one! Alumni and students are invited to join us for an evening of greenway games, ax throwing, tye dying t-shirts, the Mr. Softee ice cream truck, music, pizza, and wings!
9 a.m. 2nd Annual Kisses To Cancer 5K Run/Walk ($25 general admission/$20 students or military/$22 groups of 4 or more)
Begin at Simms Center on Main
Run or walk this inspirational 5K focused on commemorating Wilkes alum and Air Force Major, Candice Ismirle, while raising breast cancer awareness. Proceeds will be donated to three charities and attendees will receive a Wilkes swag bag with their registration. Refreshments will be served after the event.
